Within this context:
Letters of administration and executor status are being assigned to persons who have a deleterious and deadly effect on my person, only child of an intestate mother, who is being misrepresented as
"incapacitated";
My requests for surrogate court procedural legal information, the filing of an objection, receipt of financial and court documentation, filing of withholding of funds from the estate, of witnessing the lack of incapacitation, have all been denied me by Amy Altman, the Guardian Ad Litem assigned to the case by Justice Kelly. The fact that there was an oral concern voiced by my mother Emilia Maffei that I should be given funds to invest in public stock, real property be put in my name, and all of real, financial and personal property be mine, and that there never has been any spoken contact between any of the beneficiaries listed, and that adimiketakis never administered anything for my mother, nor did properly maintain any real property of ours through remax , nor gave my mother any rent collected past 2018, nor accepted my firing same on 12.17.2021 for fraud but continued to approach threatening to kill me after that,
I request the immediate restrictions from all my person be placed on all involved, and their arrest ordered, and the Department of Defense be given authorization to proceed on charges of terrorism in connection to NATO and allied countries, including the Ukraine and in the past those harmed by the Vietnam war within allied forces.

and due to the constitutionally defective request I be present in court to file documents when it is a locale used for extreme removal on fraudulent charges, I request this be admitted to court as
a dissent/ opposition to procedures.
